National Art Library

The National Art Library is upstairs at the Victoria & Albert Museum in South Kensington. I can't believe I just discovered it! I LOVE the V&A - best museum for everything except for painting in London. It has everything from furniture to clothing (Hollywood costume exhibition happening there now with Dorothy's red sparkly slippers!) to sculpture to tapestries and so much more!

This is the inner courtyard from ground level

and here it is from my desk, just outside the window!

and the view through the window when it gets dark (at 4:30 in the afternoon...lame)

and here is the inside....new favorite place ever to study.
